I run my private practice in Crowthorne, Berkshire. Counselling with me is in a separate room in my garden in a quiet, peaceful and private setting with its own driveway for parking.  Situated in a central position in Crowthorne, Berkshire and close to Camberley, Yateley, Wokingham, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Farnborough, Bagshot, Reading with easy access to M3, M4 & A30. There is a separate entrance and private driveway to park and ensure confidentiality.

The First Session

This will be a time for me to  listen to your concerns and explore how I can help you with your life issues. I will give you an understanding of how we can work together in your personal journey. You will also get a sense of my counselling approach and have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

How long is a session?

Each Therapy session lasts 60 minutes and this is usually once a week.

Double Sessions are available and last 2 hours if you need to cover a number of different issues and achieve more in a shorter space of time.

What is my approach?

I offer a non-judgemental approach, without discrimination on any grounds: sex, race, religion, class, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. My approach will vary depending on your specific needs. tailor my counselling work to my client’s individual needs which is the most important thing. I aim to empower my clients with the life tools that they need to cope with their life issues and help them understand their difficulties from a number of different perspectives.

Fees 

Fees are charged on a per session basis – One hour session:
£70– Individual
£85– Couples

I do offer some concessionary rates

Payment Methods

Payment for your each session to be made by cash in person or online by direct bank transfer prior to session,  I will provide you with my bank details for this when you book.

Cancellation Policy

If less than 24 hours notice is given payment will be expected for the full session.  If you do need to cancel I will always try and accommodate an alternative time during the week for you to attend your session.
